About Atlassian Central

This world-leading development—and Atlassian’s future Australian headquarters—will be the catalyst for change and opportunity as the anchor of Sydney’s new government-backed Tech Central precinct, and will attract and retain the world’s top talent.

Atlassian Central will be a 39 level Premium grade tower totalling 59,100sqm NLA. The forward-thinking design and sustainability approach not only deeply aligns with the Atlassian and Dexus company values, but is also setting the project up to become one of the world’s tallest commercial hybrid timber buildings upon completion. This visionary sustainable design combines an impressive hybrid-timber structure, surrounded by a spectacular steel exoskeleton supporting a glass façade. The strikingly modern structure will stand in harmony with the heritage-listed Parcel Building (formerly YHA) which will be restored to its former glory during the redevelopment process and become the Atlassian Central building’s lobby.

Atlassian Central will be a game-changer for low-carbon construction, high occupant comfort and low energy consumption. It is leading the way in sustainable initiatives, including:

Atlassian Central will offer an activated retail destination with an integrated ground floor plane and enhanced accessibility, framed by an inspiring arrival experience for visitors and locals alike.

Atlassian’s people, products and values set out to drive the best ideas around the planet and Atlassian Central will be the epicentre for this in a way that is sustainable, functional and reflects the future of work.
